Choose to have a test kit sent out (to arrange GP/private collection of sample) or visit the TDL Collection Centre (in London). Collection at a TDL clinic costs £37 (one fee per collection, ie. multiple TDL tests ordered at the same time incur only one collection fee).

What is the value of these antibody markers?
These antibodies represent a cost-effective ‘first step’ in Borrelia testing, although can be prone to false negatives in late-stage Lyme Disease (due to reduced immune response). If poor antibody response is suspected, consider the more sensitive ‘Western Blot’ test.
